Product Details

The significance of Our Lady of Grace lies in her role as a symbol of maternal care, intercession, and the abundance of God's graces. She is often depicted with open arms and rays of light, representing the blessings and mercy she bestows upon those who ask. This devotion highlights her as the Mother of Mercy, who comforts and protects the faithful, and the Mediatrix of Grace, who intercedes for us before her Son. Her life exemplifies humility and faith, showing us how to say "yes" to God. The title "Our Lady of Grace" reflects her as the channel through which God's grace flows to humanity, emphasizing her role as a source of comfort and guidance in times of need.

The candle burns for seven days, outside with the golden cover, inside without the cap, for safe, continuous burning.

The Divine Mercy devotion centers on the message that God loves all humanity and desires for everyone to recognize that His mercy is greater than their sins. This message, revealed to Saint Faustina Kowalska, encourages believers to approach God with trust, ask for His mercy, and let it flow through them to others. The devotion is encapsulated in the acronym ABC: Ask for His Mercy, Be Merciful, and Completely Trust in Jesus.

The candle measures 7cm diameter, 24 cm long.

«Son entonces verdaderamente monjes aquellos que viven del trabajo de sus propias manos» Regla de San Benito, Capítulo 48

Desde la fundación de la Abadía de San Agustín en Ramsgate en 1856 y desde que nos mudamos a Chilworth en Surrey en 2011, los monjes benedictinos han buscado diversas formas de mantenerse.
